PadelCortex uses only technically necessary cookies required for the service to function. All active cookies on the site are listed in the table above.

Technically necessary cookies do not require user consent, as they are essential for providing a service explicitly requested by the user (login, secure navigation) under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD Guide.

At this time, PadelCortex does NOT use:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, etc.)
• Advertising or retargeting cookies
• Third-party social media cookies
• Behavioural tracking cookies

PadelCortex uses the following infrastructure providers whose services may generate their own cookies or session storage:

Interface fonts are served from our own domain (self-hosted via next/font), so the browser does not make requests to external font servers.

If third-party services involving additional cookies are added in the future (analytics, Stripe payments, live chat, etc.), this policy will be updated before implementation and, where required, appropriate consent will be requested.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Please note that blocking the session cookie (padelcortex_session) will prevent access to the administration dashboard.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe our processing does not comply with applicable law.

This policy may be updated when new services or cookies are added. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document. We recommend checking it periodically.
