From the second tournament onwards, €1 per registered player charged when you close registrations. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.

How does the first-tournament-free work?
You run your first tournament at no cost, no card required, no commitment. Every feature is active from day one. From the second tournament onwards the cost is €1 per registered player, charged when you close registrations.
When is the €1 per player charged?
When you close registrations on each tournament from the second one onwards. You only pay for players actually registered; if someone withdraws later it is not refunded but does not roll over either.
Any commitment or cancellation fee?
None. You only pay when you organise. If you do not run any more tournaments this year, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Will there be a monthly-fee plan?
Yes. Club and Circuit plans are in development, with flat fees, included player quotas, cross-tournament ELO, multi-club support, an AI tournament assistant and AI-driven match analysis per player. Until then the Pay as you go model gives you full access without commitment. Drop your email on the contact page if you want us to notify you at launch.
